Osimhen has also attracted an offer from Juventus, but the €75m (£63m/$87m) release clause in his contract is only valid for non-Italian clubs, allowing Serie A champions Napoli to demand an even greater fee from their rivals.
Galatasaray will now hope that Osimhen will select the Turkish club over other offers.
